So one of my friends on insta started her coaching gig and doing the FASTer way to Fat Loss program and I thought I would give it a go! I have had a couple friends do it in the past and they have absolutely LOVED it!! So I figured why not! Now hear me out, I didn’t jump into this to try to lose weight or anything because I am happy where I am at! I really was looking for better eating and sleeping habits and toning up! So far, I have really been LOVING this program and my coach Suzanne has been so encouraging!!! It did come with a learning curve of having to count my macros, and low carb days, regular carb days, HIIT workouts, low intensity workouts, etc… BUTTTTT I am so glad I stuck with it!! I definitely feel so much better already and the quality of sleep has been so great!! We have just 2 weeks (errr maybe 1.5) left in the program and I can honestly say that it has been so worth it! I can totally see a difference in the toning part too, especially in my legs and my abdomen!!
